First met Carmen and Adrian when they came down to Singapore, they hired me to photograph them. I recalled Carmen telling me that if/when Adrian does propose, they'd hire me to photograph their wedding. At the back of my head then, I didn't really think about it much. Fast forward a year-ish and Woohoo I was all excited to be in HongKong to cover their wedding =)

The first time I met both of them was during the shoot itself. To be honest, I somehow knew/felt there was something unique about them. Sort of like a "comfortable love" between them if I could call it that.

In April, the photographers from WPN went up to malaysia for our first short retreat. 15hours on a train(thats just one way), with air conditioning blasting and foul smells coming out at different intervals; what more can a group of photographers ask for? Personally, I didn't set any goals for myself during the retreat but I knew it was a good time away from work and looking into computer monitors 24/7. I guess for me, it was finding/exploring my love for photography once again, getting back a personal vision of the way I want to see things.

I love looking at the sky sometimes

At the end of the day, we came, we ate(a whole lot) and we photographed!(a whole lot more!) I think/guess/feel we all enjoyed ourselves and for us(WPN photographers) "bonded" a little closer. Looking forward to Journeys 2 already
